Sir Stampalot April Challenge
This little girl is my entry into April's Sir Stampalot Challenge The title is 'Fashion and ladies' so I hope my 'little lady' fits in well. It reminds me of when my daughter was little and would walk around in my shoes pretending to be me! How things have changed - I now borrow her clothes. The stamp is a Lily of the Valley and the background stamp with the writing (shoes, handbags, boots, hats etc) was the first ever stamp I bought. I have covered her with glossy accents as I think it makes her stand out.
I hope you like her.

Sir Stampalot March Challenge
Hello everyone, I have decided to enter this card into March's Sir Stampalot Challenge. As spring is just around the corner the theme is Fresh greens and yellows. I thought as it's almost Mothers Day I would kill 'two birds with one stone' and make a card for my mum too. The card is mounted on chipboard just to make it a little stronger which was good thinking on my part, as just as I had finished taking the photo I had to chase my six month old puppy around the garden as he had jumped up the side of the worktop and managed to get it in his mouth! Luckily it remains all in one piece.
Hope you like it

Penny Black @ Allsorts
The title of this months challenge over at PennyBlack @ Allsorts is Glitter and Glitz so I have put this card into the challenge. I hope that the photo has picked up all the gliter!! I decided to leave the stamp black and white - it's such a small stamp and was lost when I coloured it in.
I have made a little 'me' time over the last few days and spent time in my craft room. It really is very relaxing!!!
I have made this card which I am entering the following two challenges:
Fab 'n' Funky - Flower Power
Anything Goes Challenge - Three Layers
At the moment I don't have many Magnolia's so this is the girl on the bike again - but I do like so much.
Thanks for popping by,
Jo xx

Tim Holtz
Good afternoon everyone in Blogland. I have been playing with Tim Holtz this morning - or should I say just a few of his products! I bought some Gesso a few weeks ago so had to experiment with it. The background has been done with distress inks and then stamped on with Stazon. Then I applied the Gesso and then rubbed off with babywipes left it to dry and then stamped on top with stazon. It gives the background an old faded effect which I quite like.
I also have some clear crackle glaze so I'm going to have a play with that now!
Bye for now Jo x

Sir Stampalot August Challenge
Hello everyone! I have decided to put this card into this month's challenge at Sir Stampalot entitled 'Bring on the Bling'. You should be able to see the gems on the scroll which I made using a diecut from the cricut, used as a template and then inked over with distress inks. Tilda has been painted with distress inks too, just 'Black Soot' and 'Faded Jeans'. I hope you like her xx
